The Supreme Court found that COVID-19 vaccination directions issued by the former Commissioner of Police were unlawful. This class action seeks damages for affected QPS officers and staff members.

Awaiting Decision

QAS Class Action

Seeking damages, reinstatement, and payment for lost remuneration on behalf of QAS officers affected by COVID-19 vaccination directions that the Director-General of Health had no power to make.
